Rashaud Brooks, ChannelNet’s UX/UI Director, is responsible for championing the strategy for user experience (UX) design disciplines across all new and existing client programs. Adept at directing the design of web interfaces, he knows how to cater to the needs of all stakeholders: corporate users and brand owners, dealers, retailers and end consumers. Design and color are his passions and he is known for his professionalism and high-level of creativity. He leads the implementation of solutions in collaboration with marketing, sales, and development as well as supervises, mentors and develops UX team members. A valued member of our management team, he also presents design concepts and solutions to current and prospective clients. He has led numerous multichannel solutions for some of the top brands in the world. He ensures user-centric design and website accessibility practices are applied to each project and platform. In addition to his ChannelNet experience, he previously worked for some of the top-tier agencies in the U.S. such as Campbell Ewald, Team Detroit and Enlighten. A graduate of the Art Institute of Atlanta, Brooks is a passionate gamer and devotes his playing time to Madden Football, Magic: the Gathering, and Star Craft. He voluntarily puts gaming on pause to spend time every month teaching teens how to grow personally & spiritually. Brooks resides with his family in Allen Park, MI.

Joe Macleod has been working on the issue of Closure Experiences for 15 years. Through his work in design, technology and services, he has detected a common pattern of denial at the end of the customer lifecycle. In the last couple of years this interest has led him to establish a research project based on sharing this insight and new approach with people via conferences, articles, teaching, projects and - now - a book. His 20-year professional career has been based across the leading web, telecoms and carrier companies, where he led teams and built a variety of successful products. In 2013 he founded the IncludeDesign campaign; this brought the UK’s leading designers together to champion creative education.

Husband, dad, design guy, poet, and empty-handed fisherman, Clint is a lifelong maker and inventor, with interests ranging from fine art and silversmithing to honing his handyman skills. Passion for the visual arts eventually won out and propelled him into a career in design. Clint is best-known for his design leadership at Club Penguin, where he built a world-class design group across four studios and three continents. He has since been working as a UI/UX consultant and in-house for game and software companies such as Hyper Hippo Games, PRIVO, and ProSmart Sports. Some of his other achievements include art direction of multi-language marketing campaigns, spearheading a global guidelines program and developing user interface best practices. However, he is most proud of successful trips to the grocery store with his four boys.
