The technologies surrounding conversational AI present new opportunities to mine unstructured data and give it relevance, but the work is far more sophisticated than simply feeding documents to large language models (LLMs). Modern knowledge management involves creating context surrounding data and educating teams on how to effectively curate and refresh content.
