The FT Bowen Craggs Index measures corporate website effectiveness and is a fascinating read. Interestingly, the top 10 consists of 8 European and only 2 US companies. I can’t say that I’m particularly surprised — large European corporations seem to be far more eager (able?) to innovate and take risks online while many of their US counterparts remain stagnantly safe.
