Now this is pretty interesting. Microsoft has filed a patent for muscle-based control interface that essentially allows you to control computers or mobile devices using your muscles’ electical activity. This video demo shows some pretty interesting implementations. There’s nothing quite like seeing someone play Guitar Hero without the guitar. Air Guitar Hero?
