Helen Peklo

Helen has over a decade of experience in human resources and recruitment. She currently serves as an Operations Manager at OneReach.ai in Berkeley, California. Prior to this role, she managed operations at the OneReach office in Kyiv, Ukraine, overseeing HR functions and ensuring effective talent management for over five years. Helen holds a Master’s degree in Psychology, which underpins her strategic approach to human resources and recruitment.

In the past three years, Helen has been leading initiatives to automate various HR functions. This includes implementing advanced bots to handle employee requests, streamline the recruitment process, and consolidate HR knowledge to support the employee lifecycle within the company. To demonstrate the power of automation and enhance the employer brand, Helen was part of a project to open a coffee shop inside the Kyiv office. This coffee shop has become a local favorite for employees and the community.
