Anna Yankovska

Anna Yankovska holds a master’s degree in hospitality and boasts extensive experience in the industry, having held managerial positions in hotels and restaurants. Over time, her interest shifted towards leveraging innovation and technology, particularly AI, to streamline team collaboration and alleviate the burden of routine tasks contributing to high turnover rates in hospitality teams.

As Anna ascended to higher roles, she became intrigued by the idea of building teams based on non-traditional structures, emphasizing equality among leaders and eliminating hierarchical frameworks. Her inaugural project, “Humans,” is founded upon the principles of the Turquoise Organization, advocating for a collective leadership approach devoid of centralized authority. Passionate about hospitality, service, and team dynamics, Anna is dedicated to cultivating effective and joyful teams capable of realizing their full potential, driving project development across all fronts. She firmly believes that without modern technology and organizational methodologies, achieving this goal is unattainable in the current landscape.
