I am a user-centric, empathetic and curious mixed methods user researcher with a deep interest in Human-AI interaction and a passion for data, AIX and MLUX. Previously conducting user research as part of my product manager career, now immersed fully in a user experience research and behaviour analysis roles where I build products that matter. My approach is pragmatic, guided by data and a passion for user-centricity. Experienced in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, I strive to deliver actionable insights and help teams interpret their user needs. Originally transitioned my career into a research role out of necessity, now I am in love with the role and enjoy helping teams build better products. I'm keen to form and design emotionally authentic relationships between humans and the technology of tomorrow. My opinions are my own and do not necessarily reflect the views of the corporation(s) I choose to work for.
