Kim’s passions lie at the intersection of art, technology, and people, making the field of UX a no-brainer for her.
From user interviews and usability studies to eye tracking and ethnography, As an Experience Research Director, Kim is passionate about implementing various user experience research techniques and paying close attention to the pain points users have with technology.
Kim spends most of her time focusing on the way that people interact with technology and with each other. In addition, Kim is in her 5th season with the Boston Bruins, where she works as a member of the Communications Team during B’s home games.
Kim holds a Master of Science in Information Design & Corporate Communication from Bentley University. Prior to Mad*Pow, Kim worked as User Experience Researcher at Fidelity Investments and a Mentor at Apple Retail.
