I have a Master in Communication Technologies, Systems and Networks. I currently work as a Project Manager in the Biomechanics Institute of Valencia (IBV), Spain.
My work aims at providing advice to Companies who want to improve their products and services to better satisfy their consumers needs. I take part in both management and technical development of projects. I carry out market research, budget definition and control, and human resource management. For the technical part, I carry out equipment selection and configuration, definition of measurement protocols, user tests, data analysis, presentations of results and training.
For the last eight years, I have been working on an analysis of consumers emotional experience, behaviour and attention when they interact with products or services. For this purpose, I work on traditional methodologies such as surveys, ethnography, focus groups which have more complex methodologies such as eye-tracking and physiological response for emotional analysis. By those techniques, I have learnt how to manage quality valuation of products and usability issues. My experience in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and Product Development Processes has allowed me to identify the main product characteristics that have a positive impact on customer perceived quality, in order to optimise a design or to improve a product.
