Elias Parker is a Managing Partner at OneReach, where he is focused on enabling companies to offer meaningful customer experiences through live and automated communication channels - including chat-bots and live support via SMS, Slack, Facebook Messenger, Amazon Echo, phone, etc.
With over 10 years of experience in customer experience research and design, Elias was recruited out of a career in facilitation and conflict managment to begin his adventures in experience design and technology at a pioneering UX Agency called EffectiveUI. Elias is an ethnographer turned "doer", combining his business acumen and practical experience in research, design and curation of highly-specialized experience design and technology teams. His work spans multiple industries and a client portfolio that includes FedEx, HomeAdvisor, Boeing, Fidelity, Conde Nast, the National Domestic Violence Hotline and many others.
Elias grew up in Toronto and earned a Masters Degree in Ethno-Political Conflict Analysis & Management from Royal Roads University in British Columbia, Canada. He currently resides in sunny Denver, USA with his beautiful wife, daughter, dog and pet road-cycle.
