SEO is the active practice of optimizing a web site by improving internal and external aspects in order to increase the traffic the site receives from search engines. Firms that practice SEO can vary; some have a highly specialized focus, while others take a more broad and general approach. The course was great in visualizing what you need to do for SEO and mapping out content. How to go from A to B instead of writing a bunch of content based on keywords then figuring out after where things should go. The Twitter LInk Building Module, which i did find very informative, didn't really seem to fit in with the other lectures, hence the 4.5
