Design Leader and corporate innovator currently working at ABN AMRO Bank, the Netherlands as Head of Innovation Design. The Innovation Design team of ABN AMRO enables internal start-ups to generate and execute bold ideas by tapping into our UX / UXR and Experiment Design expertise and staying focused on the end-user and their behaviour to create the future of banking together. With a background in Industrial Design Engineering, UX Design, as start-up founder and University lecturer, I’m able to connect the dots needed within a corporate innovation setting to create positive impact together.
