Since 1999, we’ve been Übermind. We come from humble beginnings—a group of software engineers, united by a decade of shared consulting engagements and an addiction to StarCraft. The company was conceived over happy hour and when we decided to incorporate the next day, Übermind was born.

In our infancy, we were known for our work on the NeXTSTEP platform. Thanks to the dot.com boom, we had clients lined up from day one. The company required no capital, no funding, no investors—we determined our own future, and it was a powerful motivator.

When the iPhone exploded onto the scene, we found our true calling. Our technical knowledge and ties to Apple perfectly positioned us to immediately jump into some of the largest, most-difficult mobile projects. Our engineers, strategists, and designers focused their expertise on the future of mobile. We transformed from a company of 30 to 150. We began developing high-quality mobile apps and websites that delighted users and, more importantly, ignited our clients’ businesses.

But we wanted to do more. And we found the perfect partner in Deloitte.  

Today, we’re Deloitte | Übermind. Joining Deloitte gave us a chance to be part of something big— something bigger than we could ever accomplish on our own.
