Apple's DVR future

Everybody wants a piece of your living room and Apple’s DVR-like interface patent looks like it will rely on some sort of iPod-like control device. Guys, how about a software upgrade that will allow an iPhone to control a DVR-enabled Apple TV unit remotely?
