  • Great Introduction
This is a fantastic introduction to the basics of the Xcode IDE and how to get interaction up and running. For free, and for such a short length of time (I've just completed it in one sitting), it has left me with everything I need to get started. If you know the framework and objective C as well, this is ideal to get you going. Don't expect this to tell you that.

Definitely! If you have an internet connection, courses on Udemy are available on any device at any time. If you don't have an internet connection, some instructors also let their students download course lectures. That's up to the instructor though, so make sure you get on their good side!
