The Extreme Support Site Manager is responsible for the usability and effectiveness of the self-support web site. You will drive usability research to increase effectiveness of the tasks/tools on the site; the KCS KB; the transition to Assisted Support and Community; and enhance web collaboration with Partners. You'll measure the effectiveness of the site, and your efforts to improve it.
