Erietta is a user experience designer and consultant at CXCO in Sydney, Australia. Starting out as a graphic designer, Erietta fell in love with the web industry after she discovered communities willing to help her debug her CSS. Wisely noting her efforts were best spent avoiding code but still enamoured by the web, Erietta worked alongside developers designing and helping to implement large scale CMS then ventured into experience design. She has worked with clients across manufacturing, finance, media and retail to design websites, applications and service experiences.

Erietta has been intimately involved in the webDU web developer conference and had a hand in its evolution to incorporate UX themes. Erietta is passionate about service design, particularly researching and designing for staff experiences.
