Account Manager (User Experience) -- Consortia
An Account Manager is required by my user experience focussed, award winning digital agency based in Central London. Working with the support of a seasoned Account Director, the Account Manager will manage some of my clients most high profile accounts. The key requirement for this Account Manager is to effectively and proactively build relationships with existing client accounts, whilst assisting the project team to deliver digital projects successfully.
- Passion for digital and understanding of UX is important.
- Confidence is key as you will be upselling and cross selling digital services into your client accounts.
- Communication skills will play a big part in proposal writing, client meetings and project briefing.
- Ability to hit targets whilst contributing to the sales pipeline.
The Account Manager will join an established account team where you will be assigned some large and some small clients. You will have an Account Management background and ideally have some agency experience.
This position would suit an Account Exec looking to move up or an Account Manager looking for a new challenge. Career progression to Account Director is available.
