About the presenters

This webinar will be delivered by Julie Kwak, Ph.D, UX Researcher, AnswerLab and Wilkey Wong, Training and Research Manager for Tobii Technology, Inc.

Julie has developed extensive experience in eye tracking research for the past 9 years, beginning with her undergraduate days as a research assistant studying the effects of fatigue on eye behavior. Currently, at AnswerLab, she has led studies which provided insights into user attention for various websites and applications.

Julie holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from UC Irvine and a B.S. in Cognitive Science (with Distinction) from UC San Diego.

Wilkey Wong leads Tobii’s North America Training function and provides knowledge solutions for market research, in-store, user experience, and scientific eye tracking applications. Wilkey holds advanced degrees in engineering as well as education and brings 23 years of experience in technology, academia, and applied research to helping solve clients’ practical, technical problems.
