Making More Senses of UX
With wearable technology, Internet of Things and 3d printing, the crossover between visual to physical user experience (UX) is accelerating.
So I have designed a workshop that moves attendees through three stages.
Learning about multimodal design and sensory confusion
Learning about sensory substitution and using alternative sensory information input
Learning about sensory augmentation and designing future UX that matches and enhances our abilities
What this enables is a sharing of research and experience.
Here's a video from workshop at UX Bristol
What is exciting is that we have the opportunity to use new ideas of how cognition can change to create new products and UX's that work in tandem with the brain.
Come to this workshop and get hands on with ideas, research and practical discovery of your senses and UX
