Patrick Malecek lives and works in St. Louis, MO. He worked in the user experience field for over ten years as a frontline resource and team lead for A.G. Edwards (now Wells Fargo Advisors), MasterCard, and Monsanto. Very recently, he left the UX field and is now Global Account Manager for Dell, bringing technology solutions and services to his clients MasterCard and State Farm.

He contributed to the book Institutionalization of Usability: A Step-by-Step Guide (Schaffer, 2004), and authored the white paper From Inspiration to Action at A.G. Edwards: the Prescription and Practice for Institutionalizing Usability. He is an HFI-certified usability analyst and occasional freelance writer.
