An interactive multimedia designer by training, Hilary has been in the business of human centred design for over 15 years. When she isn't working as a senior usability architect at the Canada Border Services Agency, she runs a successful UX consultancy, Hilary Little Ideation & Design. Armed with a good sense of humour and a load of empathy, she loves what she does for a living.

Hilary is an energetic person who holds dual Irish-Canadian citizenship. When she's not designing elegant interfaces or strategizing to mature a usability practice, she enjoys long distance running, eating obscenely spicy food and travelling with her husband and kids.
