To be clear, it's about Web usability crimes. Great tips, and it's nice to see an article about usability that, thanks to good design and creative use of graphics, is also engaging to read. Jakob Nielsen might consider hiring Chris to work on his… <yawn>… on his web… zzzzZZZZzzzZZ… sorry, on his website.
