Gmail adds themes
Google has just announced the launch of themes for Gmail. Some are crazy fun, others offer an actual valid alternative to the current theme. Like the fact that some designs even change the Gmail logo. Takes a secure brand to allow that.

I too like the shiny theme. The default was a bit Jakob for me.
At last my Gmail looks designed as opposed to what it used to look like by default. I like the Shiny theme – it’s pretty minimal with colors, but still readable and easy to use. The idea with background images is just crazy, and some themes look even worse than the old default theme. A very welcome change.
