The discounted early application fee deadline for the Design for Experience awards has been extended to Friday, January 9.

Over the holidays, we were excited to see some interesting, high-quality award applications submitted to the Design for Experience awards. It’s been a crazy couple of weeks for us—as we imagine they were for you, too—so we’re pushing the deadline for our discounted early application fee out to this Friday.

Apply for a DfE award by Friday, January 9th and take advantage of a 50% discount ($245). If you’re considering applying but aren’t sure which category best fits your work, go ahead and apply using the “Unsure” form [direct download link] and we’ll help you decide where your application fits best. If you don’t have everything you need for a full application at the ready, you can create your application before the rate changes and flesh it out before the judging commences.

Also of note: If you know of any individuals, organizations, or products that demonstrate a thorough understanding of experience design, submit a recommendation to the DfE awards using the form at the right (or at the bottom of the page on mobile). Our sponsor Rosenfeld Media is giving away a limited number of free downloads of their wonderful books to the next 250 recommendations. Find more details here.
